Preorder timeline
Preorders are open for a limited time and will close on the date listed on the product page, if applicable.
Once the preorder window closes, please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing and shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Payment
Full payment is due at checkout to secure your preorder item.
Shipping
Preorder items do not ship immediately. Orders containing preorder items will ship according to the preorder timeline listed on the product page unless otherwise stated.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together according to the preorder timeline.
