Due to the nature of our products, all hair sales are handled with care and subject to the policy below.
All sales
Because hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, all sales are final unless you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a verified issue.
Return eligibility
To be considered for review, any issue with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
- in original packaging
- with all tags, ties, and security measures fully intact
Any hair that has been opened, worn, combed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, chemically altered, or otherwise tampered with is not eligible for return or refund.
Wrong item or order issue
If you believe you received the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact support@nuderawhair.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your full name
- order number
- clear photos of the item
- a brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed, we will determine whether your order qualifies for a replacement, store credit, or other resolution if applicable.
Preorder items
Please review our Preorder Policy before purchasing. Preorder items are subject to the timeline listed on the product page and are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to standard fulfillment wait times.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- opened hair products
- used or worn hair products
- washed or altered hair
- custom or special-order items
- preorder items once placed, except in the case of a verified order error
Refunds
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.

We encourage customers to contact us first regarding any order concerns so we can review and work toward a resolution.
